Ingredient (for 1 fish portion) :
Lemon grass x 2
Lemon Leaf x 2 pcs. max
Ginger
Garlic
lemon
coriander


BLEND all ingredients (*except lemon & coriander)
then mix with sauce which is shown as below picture



5 things :
salt
sugar
soya sauce
oil
chilli sauce


Lots of coriander put into fish belly
yummy...
Cooking time : 20 min. for 2 fishes.
